Absolute beachfront... get in quickly this place won't last long with summer fast approaching. Spacious beachfront unit on the Esplanade within waking distance of Jetty Rd. Glenelg. My partner has recently finished building a new place so I'm now spending less & less time at home and it doesn't really make sense for this little sanctuary to be left empty. I'm looking for someone, female preferably to move in and take the huge master bedroom (loads of cupboard space) and basically have full use of the rest of the place for themselves as I'm hardly here. I'm not ready to move out completely so I just need a bedroom I can retreat to now & again, plus occasionally work from home during the week. There is a much smaller bedroom with a small study nook attached which is all I need. Willing to wait to find the right person who is respectful, employed & laid back enough to have a laugh with over an occasional meal or beverages when I'm around. Must not take themselves too seriously... life is too short. Place is furnished nicely already... but I'm open to discussion for the right person if you've got furniture you'd like to bring with you. Your own bed would be handy but aside from that everything you need is already here. Happy to send more pics of the interior & answer any questions once we have made contact but it would not be an exaggeration to say you'd be getting as close as possible to your own place with the beach literally at your front door step... All perfectly located in a small private block of 3 apartments with loads of off-street parking.

Hey, this beautiful apartment is situated just 2 minute walk from Glenelg beach . We have shops ,cafes ,restaurants and many more just a 5 minute walk away. Tramlines into town etc are also just 10 minutes walk away. I have a beautiful white spacious room with white tile floors and built in wardrobes a huge bed and beautiful bed side tables. My new house mate would be required to share the bathroom with just myself. I have a large open lounge and kitchen and a nice balcony space for any smokers . I don't smoke myself but I'm pretty laid back and wouldn't mind smoking on the balcony area 😃. I'm looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy and leaves the kitchen and lounge as they find it. Having said that, although I’m busy and not often there, I’d welcome a gasbag or debrief of the day after work, even sharing meals together when the planets align. The street is 7 minutes walk from the nearest tram stop and about 6 minutes drive to the shops, cafes and beach at Glenelg. Your bedroom has natural and morning light and is furnished with a queen bed which has an awesome chiropractic mattress, but I can store that if you have your own. There’s a separate laundry, a second toilet downstairs and also a powder room so you’ll be able to brush your teeth or do your hair, if the other person is in the bathroom using the (excellent) shower. • There’s gas cooking and continuous hot water. • Reverse cycle air conditioning (and BIRs) in each bedroom and the lounge downstairs. • I don’t have a microwave or TV by choice but not fussed if you BYO. • As you can see from the photos, the place is sparsely furnished so there’s room for your furniture if you have any pieces you’d like to bring. • I’m happy to share my unlimited Wi-Fi if you have your own devices. This lovely quiet two bedroom unit is one of nine units in the block (middle unit on top floor - 3rd floor) in a suburban street, just off Anzac Hwy. The available bedroom (unfurnished) has large BIRs, ceiling fan and carpeted floor. The shared bathroom includes shower, toilet and basin with storage. The lounge is furnished with sofas, TV, polished floor, reverse air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Good size modern kitchen with all appliances, plenty of cupboards and gas cooking. There is a communal laundry at the back of the building, $4 to wash, $2 for drier. There's a bus stop at the end of the street (2mins walk) and takes about 20mins to get to the CBD or 5mins to Glenelg Beach/shops etc. There's a few restaurants/take-away shops & a service station 5-10mins walk away. The tram stop is 10mins walk away. The electricity and water bills will be divided equally. I don't have wifi (I just use my phone internet). I do my own thing foodwise, but happy to share the occasional meal if both home.

There are so many amazing things about this location. Here are a few. It is near the marina and across the bridge from the ocean. Cheap coin laundry. It is not too close but not too far from Jetty road. It makes the home quiet and relaxing at all times. It is close to the tram, Mc Donald's, the gym, and the airport.
