There's a huge backyard and we have views of Lake Illawarra and the mountains on the other side. It's a quiet spot and a really peaceful neighbourhood! Looking for either a single housemate at $200 including bills and wifi or a couple at $260 including bills and wifi. The house is old but everything works fine! We have a dog and a cat so you must be ok with pets and willing to cuddle them (you won't have much choice because they'll probably sit on you!). There's an open area under the house that we use for extra storage but our old housemate had his gym gear down there so can be used for anything. The room currently has a wardrobe and small shelving unit but they can be removed if you have your own items of furniture.
