The lounge is oversized with a fireplace and dining is separate - there really is a lot of space and we never feel on top of each other in the house. This house is on a corner block so there is garden the whole way around the house! It's an under 5 minute walk to the station into the city and a 10 minute walk to Coles and woolies, selection of cafes, boutiques, restaurants, op shops and fitness centres! The Rocklea fresh produce markets are every Saturday and literally right around the corner, it's so good 🙂 Also the neighbourhood is beautiful with plenty of parking. - we are right on the Sherwood boarder.
