A spacious apartment to be shared with 1 female in a great area! I personally have been living in the Sutherland Shire for nearly two years. I commute to the city everyday, and I thoroughly enjoy living in what is known as being a 'relaxed' area. I do not smoke or have pets in my apartment. Kirrawee still has that old suburb appeal (local bakery, fruit market, florist, cafe, milk bar etc.) I live very close to amenities, including Kirrawee Station (5 min walk), Sutherland Station (15 min walk), Miranda Shopping Centre (5 min drive), Cronulla Beach (10 min drive), Royal National Park (5-10 min drive) etc. Local shops/servo are also about 5 min walk. The rental payment will be $240 weekly, and will include water, electricity, internet and use of furniture (lounge, dining table etc.)/kitchen utensils/4K TV. I've got everything - brand new dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer etc. It'll be a pretty easy transition. Keep in mind that the bedroom doesn't come with a bed or wardrobe, but I have a bunch of shelves already in place. If you do drive, I have a double garage, so there is off street parking.

The room has leadlight windows, the house has polished floorboards throughout. There are four bedrooms, a large lounge / TV room with a fire for winter, a second lounge / TV room, separate dining / sun room, large kitchen / food prep area, original bathroom with a big old bathtub, separate laundry, 2nd outside toilet and a great enclosed timber deck, outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, TV, lounges etc. ( smoking outside although prefer non smokers ) The house is clean, tidy and respectful. There is a cleaner ( included in the rent) who looks after the house, although you are expected to wash up and clean up after yourself. The yard is huge and is also maintained. Easy walking distance to Sutherland shops / station.
This is a beautiful, secure and spacious apartment. The home is close to all amenities, beautiful beaches and national parks as well being less than a 10 minute walk to Sutherland Station. It has a large sunny balcony and every Saturday the local markets have fresh fruit and vegetables available. There's plenty of parking available as well as a secure parking spot. I have chromecast which means you can watch Stan/Netflix on the television. The house is fully furnished and all has internal laundry facilities. It's a a beautiful place and one I'd like to share with someone who treats this place like home.
