Your room doesn’t have to have the bed shown in the pics...Also you can have whichever of the two empty rooms you want. The house is renovated with fresh carpet and paint. One of the two bathrooms is renovated and modern. The other has a nice 70s vibe to it. The kitchen is nice, bright and big with a dishwasher. There are two big living areas and two glass sliding doors to the back patio. Filling it with furniture slowly. Feel free to bring your own and we will find a spot for it. Lots of room for storage etc.
Easy access 8-10 mins walk into Sutherland and the station, from there only 35 mins into the City. There are plenty of great local shops and restaurants. We have Foxtel, free wifi, BBQ and entertaining areas and private spaces. All services and some basic food is included in the rent.
