There is a meandering path down through the trees past a very peaceful pond and open area great for morning cuppa, Yoga, Tai Qi etc. Views from the rear large entertaining deck are overlooking Pittwater, with a great little beach below and jetty. It is a very peaceful and quiet place as the neighbours on either side are not directly next to the house. There is WIFI included in house with use of Netflix and Stan through Apple TV in lounge room. There is open fire place and a gas heater in common areas for added warmth.

This is a very large property with a modern 5 level, largely glass constructed house situated in a very private surrounding suburban bush land with two bedrooms overlooking Pittwater and Scotland Island with your own balcony. This is a very unique house, with a large waterfall running under the front of your room which depending in what you like can be beautifully relaxing night and day and at times in heavy rain is really beautiful.. Some parts of the house are still being constructed so I need people to understand some areas may be off limits and considered a little dangerous to kids until the final work is completed.
