Situated in a new Somerfield estate in Keysborough, the room is furnished with a single bed (without a frame) and a built in wardrobe. However, you are welcome to bring in your own bed furniture. House is very clean, tidy, quiet and peaceful. Neighbours are all brand new houses, looking fresh with beautiful gardens and parks, a lake with free bbq facilities, beautiful park for running, cycling or refreshing from work/study. It is located 15 mins away by foot from the nearest bus stop with bus service 709 going to either Noble Park or Mordialloc train station in opposite directions. Parkmore shopping centre, shops, restaurants and gyms are only 2 kms away. Eastlink is a 3 mins drive away. It is also of close proximity to Haileybury, Sirius College and Lighthouse Christian College. Monash University, Clayton campus is a 15 mins drive away. Edithvale and Mordialloc beach are 15 mins drive away and the local train stations (Noble Park, Edithvale stations) are approximately 10 mins by car. The house is fully furnished, inclusive of TV, washing machine, dryer, fridge, WiFi broadband, ducted heating/cooling, alfresco and a large backyard. There is a shared bathroom & toilet for the 3 bedrooms. The location is close to the Dandenong train station and central to Thomas St. There is ac in your bedroom and the living room. It can be set-up with internet but as I'm buy myself I haven't needed it. The apartments are pretty quiet and the other residents are pretty friendly. The neighbour doesn't like the smell of smoke coming from the balcony so if you smoke it would have to be downstairs and outside. The room is upstairs but loft style so there is no door and noise can travel from downstairs so if you go to bed early or are easily disturbed this may not be suitable for you. There are two bathrooms so you generally dont have to share unless guests come over. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom too. There is a small wardrobe in your room.

The rooms have been recently renovated, each room has heating (inbuilt electric fireplace and ducted gas heating) and cooling. Double Glazed windows keep the heat/cool in, and nice and quiet. The house is located at the end of a court. Plenty of parking. Each room has its own 60 inch TV mounted to the wall and is nicely decorated. The room available is listed as 1 on the floorplan in pictures. . I am more interested in getting decent, long term people in, because it makes the house feel like more of a home, rather then a drop in motel. We order out together, cook for each other, its a really nice and chilled environment. The rules are fairly simple. Follow good common sense. The rent and bills and notice to vacate are calculated on a monthly basis from the first of the month. Portions of the property are being upgraded, the current project is the front yard and pool area. In the front yard I am building an alfresco, with pizza ovens, rotisserie spit, outdoor firepit/place/chimineas all undercover. And the pool and pool area are being tiled, a sauna and Jacuzzi room installed (google images for "Hammam" to get the gist of how it will look). None of the renovations or upgrades tend to effect anyone living in the house. It just means that the longer you stay, the more use of the facilities you will have. (its going to be amazing).
