The house is a modern two storey with a pool and nice outdoor area. It’s situated in a very quiet, friendly neighbourhood with no neighbours across the street only a large park. It has ducted air conditioning which has zones so can be used it different parts of the house. It has three lounge areas which all have tvs and you’ll have sole use of a bathroom. The room is huge. It takes up almost half of the downstairs. It was a rumpus room and since been transformed into a semi self contained studio apartment and is currently one massive bedroom. The property is right in the middle of 3 shopping centres, public transport all with in a 2-5 minute drive. With multiple convenience stores and restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance. It is also located 5 minutes to Manly harbour/Morton Bay and is a short drive or train to the city. 30 minutes by train 28 minutes by car. Two labradoodles guard the property and will lick any intruder to death. So will have to be animal friendly. The house does have all near new appliances ie. Fridge, Washer, Drier, Entertainment ect.

you will have the main room with air con and its a good size . my place is quiet and relaxing to stay as I do work very long hours for work you will have the place to yourself most of the time . all you need is a bed everything in house is yours to use . a long term stayer would be good and always try to help with anything you need . Just don't want drunks,drugs or parties .theres is plenty of room in the house if you want to bring anything .

My house is very comfortable and homely. Its 15mins walking distance to the bay, train and bus are very close. There and coffee shops restaurants, yacht clubs, sailing, walking along the water front. Swimming pools, beach and parks and picnic areas. Bike tracks all the way to Cleveland. Gym is in walking distance. I do have rules. I don't like people wasting water, electricity or gas. They must be tidy and clean up after themselves. I have a pergola and BBQ. I also have 2 push bikes for people to us. Lovely bay breezes. My house is very cool. I don't have Foxtel. I expect people to be tidy and clean.

Located right next to the gateway motorway and Wynnum road for easy transport (public or private) but far enough away that the house is not interpupted by the noise. Less than five minute drive from Murrarie train station, and an 18 minutes train ride to Southbank.
