Forde is an excellent suburb, open and spacious with lots of green areas. We are at the end of the lake in Forde so we have beautiful views over the lake. Our house is a 2 min walk from the bus stop. You can go for a nice 7km run around the lake here. We have 2 student rooms available which are spacious and sunny. It is a shared bathroom between maximum of 3 students, with each their own sink. We have a cute dog that is small, a jack russel crossed with a chihuahua, who loves cuddles and is harmless.

No bond to pay but I do require the last four weeks rent to be paid upfront. When you decide to leave you will need to give four weeks’ notice and in return you will receive the last four weeks rent free. Preference will be given to people who are either working or studying in Canberra on a short-term placement etc. Also anyone who’s finding it difficult to find a property or room in Canberra and just needs sometime until they can find something more suitable long term is also more than welcome to come and inspect a room.
