We are in a fantastic location! We are right across from Botanic Park and about a 15 min walk from Rundle Street! Great for anyone who works or studies in the city or enjoys walking or riding through the parklands. We're right next to the Hackney hotel and a leisurely stroll from FIX specialty coffee. The room available will be empty but the rest of the house is furnished and we've got plenty of kitchen ware, herbs n spices etc. We also have a gas cook top and oven a coal BBQ out the back. Unfortunately we don't have any functional air conditioning for summer but we do have roof fans and pretty rad blow up pool. Also the lack of A/C helps to cut down a lot on the power bill. The house is pretty small and we have a bricked backyard courtyard which is easy to maintain. We have one park off street that we allocate on a first come first served basis. The room available is about 15 sq meters, with hardwood floorboards with an eastern facing window. Bond is $500 which is roughly 3 weeks rent. We are ideally looking for someone who's keen to stay on for at least 6 months but we are also pretty flexible.
It is a Victorian style house with good spacious rooms and great lighting , we have good sized backyard with a mandarin tree for spending your summer out there. The property has two toilets and a shower, in addition to a large kitchen and good sized living room. Its a great property for the rent you pay.Considering its rights opposite the botanical gardens and the city is literally a 5-7 min walk from our doorstep. There is also a Woolworths service station just on our doorstep, if ever you feel the need for a quick snack or need to buy any other stationary item.Overall a great location and a nice house.

I have lived in 9 properties (including this) in 2 years in Adelaide, but this one is my favorite: 1) Location. The left is Ruddle St (famous bars cafes restaurants shops etc.) and Ruddle Mall (supermarket Mall etc.), anyway it is the most popular place in Adelaide, you never get bored and feel hungry here; the right is East Terrace and Rymill Park (convenient to everywhere on public traffic and calm down on Parkland!). The front is Uni Adelaide and North Terrace, the behind is the Adelaide college (language courses) and Grenfell Street. It is the heaven for students and people who like colorful modern fashion lives. 2) It is very very very quite though surrounded by business, bar and cafe. The windows of your bedroom (and the whole property) towards a quite street, and you will never be disturbed by any noise, even in weekend night. 3) Good furniture. The furniture is very decent in the apartment and the bedroom, though it is purchased by the landlord, it's not the cheap thing or sth. from IKEA. Even the detail is perfectly designed. I like to sit on the sofa on my balcony, enjoy and have a relax. 4) Large space. This bedroom is relatively large compared with others in CBD. It is around 12 square meters with double-bed desk chair wardrobes and some other basic devices.

My place is a small 2 bedroom unit located in North Adelaide, very close to the City. I work in the Uni and and it is only 5 minutes to get there by bike. My friend and I have been living here for the past year. As he is leaving soon, I am looking for a flatmate to share the property with. The bedrooms are carpeted. I am living in the small bedroom and my future flatmate will be living in the bigger bedroom. The property is mostly furnished and most necessary equipment (including a fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, boiler, and lots of kitchenware, vacuum cleaner etc.) are already included. The future flatmate is also welcome to bring any additional furniture as they like. The property has unlimited ADSL ($60/month) and I will be sharing the internet/electricity/gas/water bills with my flatmate. There is a split air conditioning for heating/cooling and there are separate portable heaters if required. The property is located in a very quite neighbourhood in North Adelaide, though it is in a walking distance (less than a minute) to the bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. The property has a parking and my flatmate is welcome to use it as I do not have a car at the moment. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the property.

There is so much to love about this apartment! The apartment is situated in the middle of the city on Grenfell street right next to all the bus and tram lines so getting around could not be any easier. The building is almost literally across from Coles and rundle mall so shopping is made easy. Ofcourse being in the city also means heaps of access to all the other dining venues and nightlife venues the city has to offer aswell. The apartment itself its a small but very modern two bedroom apartment. The building has double security entrances which make you feel very safe. The building has its very own 20m outdoor pool... so moving in around this time is absolutely perfect if you enjoy going for a dip with summer around the corner! The apartment has a shared kitchen and living area but your own private room with a lock on it for extra privacy. The room is relatively large for a city apartment as it is the Master room of the apartment with one decent sized window. The whole apartment is fully furnished with very expensive furnishings. The bed in your room is probably the comfiest bed in the world and the room has plenty of storage space. Theres a large 4k tv in the loungeroom and Netflix available too. The apartment also has a balcony. The apartment also has guest access with an intercom in the living room so if you're feeling lazy you can easily just press a button and let your friends/family come up. There is NBN available @ $35 a month The bond would not allow me to set as 6 weeks rent but the bond is $1350 I wish I could stay in this place but work is requiring me to move :(
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
This unit is a fully furnished recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Adelaide and walking distance to both Adelaide University and Uni SA. Further to this it has commercial washers and dryers and there is also a library. Suits a student as the other 2 females are overseas students. Available straight away.
