Hi guys! This place has 2 Bedrooms, 1 shared Bathroom, 1 shared Lounge room and shared Kitchen with a connecting Dining Room that I've turned into an office :) For a Unit it has a high pointed roof in the middle which makes it bigger and more spacious (almost loftish feel about it). The Kitchen is practical and gets the job done while the Lounge room is pretty cool with exposed bricks and a big plush chaise couch I've collected along my travels! Also, the place has Netflix available on TV and your device, Wifi and Apple TV included in the rent. The room up for offer is the smaller one of the two but houses a double bed and a chest of draws that can be used if needed. Theres also a nice window that breaks up the space and adds great sunlight into the room. The location is a 10-15 min walk from the CBD, a 5-10 min walk to The Parade and extremely close to buses. Its a prime location! No real house rules, I'm a fairly laid back guy so I reckon we can work out house rules together... Especially as we will be sharing a few spaces in the place! I'm super active, love to keep fit by going to the gym, eating healthy and thrive in the summertime :) If your like this we will get along perfectly...

Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
The house is located a 2min walk to Kensington Road bus stop and a 5min walk to The Parade. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the house is furnished (fridge/freezer, washing machine, kitchen appliances, lounge room furniture, etc.)
