The house is elevated with s balcony which overlooks the mountains it gets plenty of sunshine and has many windows accentuating the view. There is parking available either in the carport or behind it or on the street ( carport space can be negotiated). The main bathroom has a bath and a shower with a separate room off the laundry for a toilet. There are two showers and two toilets. Its a nice house to live in.

There is a balcony off the lounge with lighting nice for those hot summer evenings. The main bathroom is shared. There is a bath 2 showers and two toilets as my room has sn ensuite. The total weekly rent is 260 a week. I would prefer that we bought our own food and could negotiate some kitty items. Would enjoy sharing a meal occasionally though. I am a registered nurse and am trying to get fit snd heathy by sticking to a diet and going to the gym. I am not a neat freak but like to keep the house reasonably clean. The landlord has to approve the flatmate so the usual real estate checks apply.

The property is a lovely bushy house set on a hill off the road. Its a very quiet setting away from the highway and train-line yet only a 20 min walk to Springwood. Springwood Gym and leisure center is only moments way as is Buttenshaw Park, Springwood Highschool and Public School. House was built in the 80's and I'm currently undertaking some renovations every other weekend. Some furniture is included, all kitchen items (Fridge, Pots and Pans, cups knifes and forks etc...) are included, a 42" TV, one average condition lounge, Washing machine, Dryer, Dinning table and chairs... Most of the basic stuff. There are two split system air con units in the house and just had gas connected. Bedrooms are unfurnished. If needed I have extra storage space - its a five bedroom house!! Pets are welcome, Occasionally my two Boarder Collies will visit... Anyone between 17 - 40 years are welcome. Only house rules are respect the others you live with and pay rent and bills on time.
