The apartment is 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with an internal laundry that is less than a year old. Its a 5 minute walk to Sutherland station so super convenient! Both bedrooms are similar size, have huge built in robes and access to the balcony. Everything is really nice and brand new and is fully furnished except the bedroom. The rent is $300 per week which includes full use of the main bathroom all to yourself and full access to the car spot in the garage. Bills will be split evenly but are really minimal.

Hello :) My name is Will. I'm a high school teacher, looking for a flatmate to share my spacious 2 bedroom apartment with. Fantastically convenient location and very comfortable lifestyle. I'm very busy with work and hobbies, so when I'm home I'm usually cooking or relaxing in front of the TV. On the quieter end of the spectrum myself and I like to keep the place tidy. The apartment is fully furnished, but you will just need to furnish the room. The room is 2.8x2.8 (not including the built in wardrobe which is an additional 65cm deep and 1.9m long with shelves, drawers and hanging rods). The complex has 8 spaces in its visitor parking and there are usually free spots. Otherwise, there is always lots of street parking. Bills came to approximately $20-$25 a person per week last year (internet, gas, electricity, water). I have two pet guinea pigs. They live in the laundry and are very cute, friendly, quiet and clean. I spot-clean their run daily and do a thorough clean weekly. If you like animals, awesome! If you don't, you won't even know they are there :) LGBT friendly Vegan / vegetarian friendly

I'm only here half the week so you'd have the house to yourself for half the week. 4 beautiful beaches and spectacular coastal cliffs just 15 mins walk from home - you can watch the whales swim by on their annual migration and go swimming at the beaches or in the stunning rainforest and waterfalls nearby - it's paradise here :)
