It's a brilliant little house built in the 1920's on a big block, just across from the ocean. There's unlimited internet and utilities included in the rent, we've just got a new gas tank so you'll be sweet for ages. The available room has big built-in robes and plenty of room for a big bed and desk/piano etc. There's 3 bedrooms (you'll have the best one) and we all share a bathroom (there's never an issue with that). Timber hardwood floors throughout, with slate flooring in the bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has a gas stove and oven, there's a big fridge and more than enough pantry space. The laundry has the usual washing machine, dryer, sink etc. It's all set up. For winter there's a wood fireplace in the main sitting area (we've got wood sorted already), there's a porch out the front and a partially covered seating area out back, so you can always find the sun. There's a big grassy backyard for whatever you want - yoga, archery, colossal bonfire - and plenty of garden beds to grow whatever you're in to. If you're commuting the Clifton bus stop is across the road or it's an easy walk to Scarborough Train Station. Major transport centres like Thirroul/Helensburgh are 10-15 mins drive respectively.

The upstairs bathroom is only shared between two people, and there is a downstairs bathroom for use also. All bills are included, and includes perks such as high speed internet (over 100mb/s), Netflix, Stan, Telstra TV and more. The house is in a quite cul de sac with plenty of on and off street parking. It is a leafy area with nice front and back yard gardens, bush walks in the area and only a short drive to amenities like shops, train station, etc.
