The estate we are part of has a 'resort style' facilities including a clubhouse/community centre, 25m swimming pool with jacuzzi, tennis courts and gym. There is also soccer fields and access to Tarban creek within the area. There is ample street parking, no permit required. It is a large bedroom with built in wardrobe that will comfortably fit a queen bed (currently has a double bed). As our leaving housemate is moving in with her partner she is possibly looking to sell her bed and some furniture at a good price if interested. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. We split all bills, including unlimited wifi and Netflix. We are just down the road from Gladesville, Hunters Hill and Drummoyne, and a bus stop on Victoria Rd about a 500m walk. The room fits a queen size bed and has a beautiful river view. Its a comfy room that has a built in cupboard. Its a very bright, spacious, open style unit with a good size bathroom, laundry and a stunning view not only from the balcony but from each room in the unit. Its a 4 minute walk to abbotsford wharf where the river cat will take you direct to the city. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop that also takes you to the city. No more than 10 or so minutes to the city by car. We are easy to get along with and simply looking to share the unit with somebody who is familiar with the everyday courtesies involved with living in a shared environment. No party animals though.. The unit itself is well set out. I've recently purchased a new modular lounge, 6 seater dining table & TV/HI FI. The view itself looks out to the Gladesville bridge and city which is great for special events involving fireworks. This years NYE celebrations were amazing. Hello! I've got a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom shared with me, a big kitchen and massive living room in Abbotsford. It's a quiet little place but still close enough to the city. There's public transport and off street parking. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is good to go. We won't have internet but can get it together. Energy is not included but normally around $200 each every 3 months. Min stay 5 months. 4 weeks rent for the bond. I'm pretty relaxed at home but would appreciate someone who is tidy and willing to pitch in to maintain the communal areas. To me, home is somewhere safe and easy to come back to after a big day at work. I totally respect other's personal space and privacy, but do not want an enigma of a housemate who is holed up in their room all the time, would love a wine or dinner every now and again (: While your friends are welcome visitors, no live in guests for more than a few days at a time. Other than that, it's pretty chilled out here.

You will love this unit right on the waterfront with waterviews from every window. Huge private balcony and it has three double bedrooms all fully furnished with linen supplied. You have your own bathroom with a bath and there is visitors carparking others use too. The neighbours are great. There's an inground pool and I only want one share tenant. I'm not in Sydney very often as I live and have a business in Adelaide. I love this unit but I only come for a week now and again. It's close to everything including the city.
