Bayside views from balcony and the shore is a 2 min walk. 2. Property has been renovated since the last tenancy and is absolutely new - kitchen, bathroom, carpeting, paint work, etc. It really does have that new apartment feel to it! 3. Completely unfurnished for now - I'm looking to furnish it quite tastefully in the coming weeks. Think chesterfields, mahogany and bright colors.. The flat has amazing water views from our balcony and a shared outdoor pool in a really pretty garden. The room available has a fairly large built in wardrobe with full length mirrors. Fits a double bed easily. We have two bathrooms - one has a shower, toilet and laundry facilities and one has a bath and toilet (bit strange but works well!) We dont have a designated car space under the block, but there are vacant spaces out the front or then on the street. 5-10 walk to a main road if you need to catch the bus to the city. The Bay Run is 1.5km away if you like to get out running / walking.

It's super easy to get to UTS and Macquarie Uni via public transport, as well as Glebe, the Inner West and the city.
