House has 2 upstairs bathrooms plus one downstairs toilet, double garage, alfresco and washing machine. The beach, all kinds of local shops, 2 pubs & Westfield West Lakes within 5 mins from my unit. Couldn't really ask for a better location. Across the road is a huge recreational oval, with footy oval, soccer/hockey field & playground. I live in a block of units with mostly young people, all lovely, no shady characters or troublemakers. I never hear a peep out of anyone really. The area in general is very quiet. Just the sound of the beach on still nights... I have 2 parking spaces, both full because I have 2 cars, but am quiet happy to park one in the street. The actual 2nd bedroom isn't the biggest, it can fit a queen size bed in though no worries. It has a walk-in robe also. The rest of the place is a pretty decent size. With what I've been told is a huge backyard for a unit, a pergola area with table n chairs & 2 sheds for storage. The unit itself is mostly renovated with a fully renovated bathroom. Very tidy unit.

Located half way between the beach and the city it's a perfect location. Chuck in the added bonus that you can walk to/from the airport just like in the movie The Castle - however there is no runway on the back porch. I bought this unit a few years ago and have yet to live in it myself as I have been living in Europe and Melbourne in the last few years. When purchased I did some repainting, fixing up of the kitchen & I have recently installed a large 3.5 kW reverse cycle air-conditioner. Both bedrooms have built in robes and can fit king size beds if necessary. One bathroom/shower to share which is a little small but I intend to remove the bathtub to allow more space. Small living space but ideal for a unit of only 2 people. Downstairs is a communal clothes line. The great points about this property is that there will be NO inspections - but keeping that in mind generally speaking I would prefer a tidy housemate but I am not too fussy about things. Cycle to the city in 20 minutes along the river or otherwise there is public transport nearby. Off street parking or under cover - I don't own a car currently but will purchase at some point later this year. Flexible with length of stay to some extent - ideally 6 months to start with, but open with longer or shorter. I rent this house and have been here for about 4 years now and quite like it here. It's a modern house and you would have your own bathroom (main bathroom as I have an ensuite) and also remote control garage. Security shutters also on bedroom windows and great air cond/heating. I would be asking $170 per week not including utility bills (due quarterly) or internet (monthly) but would go halves in them when they arrive. It is fully furnished but you would need your own bed.
