This is an apartment in a great convenient location close to public transport, Wembley IGA, Floreat Forum, Westfield Innaloo, cafes and not far from the beach. The living area is air-conditioned and the complex has a pool and is safe, secure and managed well by the strata management. Apartment has a large balcony to relax and enjoy a drink on a summers day. The room available comes unfurnished. There is no built in robe however are happy to organise a clothes rack and can organise a double bed if you need this. I am willing to accommodate and negotiate with the right fit about rent and furniture in the room.
Our housemate is moving out so we are looking for a new person to move in with us. House is very lovely, 3 bedrooms (one is always spare for visitors) so it does not get too crowded. Max. 3 people living in the house including us. We have one bathroom and two separate toilets. Bedroom is nice, not crazy big, but it is enough for one person. Bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and if necessary, the current flatmate is willing to leave behind the double bed and a chest of drawers. Basically, up to you, we can get rid of it as well. We have a huge Herdsman Lake park just 2 minutes away from our place, bus stop is 3 minutes walking distance, plenty of busys towards the city and towards the beach. 24 hours IGA 3 minutes drive, shops and a bottleshop walking distance. We have a spare bike if you want to use it. The price is $180 weekly and $30 for bills, so $210 in total and nothing else on top, covering water, electricity and internet. You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and its close to public transport. Just me and Luciana at the moment (1 guy, 1 girl, both working professionals, not a couple). We enjoy the occasional drink, don't smoke and are out most of the time on weekends. We're both quite clean and whilst we enjoy a chat we're not living out of each others pockets. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. Wembley is situated close the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city. There is a park opposite the house and shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary.
