You're going to love this place. Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monga and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and its quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more.
