A single bedroom is available in a three bedroom townhouse in Wembley. It is ideal for someone who is working and/or studying and relax. At moment, 25yo male working in full time and an overseas working holiday 28 yo, male live there. The unit is fully furnished with dining table, TV, washing machine, fridge, microwave and all the cooking facilities. The bedroom that you are rentimg has a single bed, chestdrawer and book self. If you need any other furniture it can be organised. It has a modern kitchen with lots of cupboards, wooden floor and carpet throughout the bedrooms. It is newly painted and has renovated bathroom and toilet. Plenty of car park spaces are available on site if you have a car. Bills are not included and it will be $25/week including unlimited internet use. The bond is required for four weeks rent and two weeks rent in advance. A spacious court yard is at the back of the unit and is good for outdoor dining or a cuppa with your house mates when the weather permits. It is close to the city and other shopping centres such as Floreat Park, Wembley, Glendalough, Innaloo and Subiaco Central. It's take for only five minutes to the beach. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac near the lake. If you like quite, pleasant place to stay and working/study/relax, it is perfect for you. I have a large room (big enough for a queen size bed) available in an all female townhouse in a quiet complex just 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station!!! It is a 2 bedroom partially renovated unit near everything you could need, the local shops are just down the road with IGA, subway, pizza chemist and more. Bus stop out the front of complex, a short walk to the train, lake monger, and herdsman lake. Under 15 minutes drive to the city, ecu mt Lawley & Scarborough beach. The room is furnished with a single bed & wardrobe but the bed can be removed if needed.
Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.
I am looking at sharing my townhouse with 2 other friendly easy going people who prefer a quiet and clean place (not a party house) to call home. The house is located within 8 mins walk of the train station and 300 metres of the bus stops and local shopping centre. With easy access to the freeway it takes approx 5 mins to drive to the city centre. Lake Monger is a stone throw away if you like to jog or walk( it has a 3.5km circumference) The coast is a 12mins drive away (Scarborough, Floreat and City beach).

The house is in a great location with Subi train station and Wembley IGA both within walking distance. The bus stop is on the next street with frequent busses to the CBD and city beach. There is a second parking bay if you have a car however it maybe more convenient to park on the street (plenty of spaces and permit available) as the bays are behind each other. Electricity and gas bills would be additional to rent and split 3 ways, internet and water bills are included.
We are currently seeking a house mate to share our 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house. You would be sharing with a 35 year old Australian female (whom you would be sharing a bathroom with) and a 30 year old male from NZ. We have 3 cats between us so we are looking for someone who loves pets. We are looking for a person who is clean and tidy and easy going. We aren't really party people but we do like to have a few beers and a laugh. Our usual weekends consist of chilling out watching tv and playing video games or spending time with friends and family. Upon moving in we will need two weeks rent ($290) and $613 in bond. The house is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished with a built in wardrobe. The bedroom is roughly 2.8m x 3.5m. We have just negotiated a rent reduction with our property manager so rent has been reduced to $125 per week. Gas and Electricity are split three ways as is the unlimited internet. The bills usually come to less than $35 a week. We also have fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning.
