I have a large furnished single room available in an all female townhouse in a quiet complex just 10 minute walk to Glendalough train station!!! It is a 2 bedroom partially renovated unit near everything you could need, the local shops are just down the road with IGA, subway, pizza chemist and more. Bus stop out the front of complex, a short walk to the train, lake monger, and herdsman lake. Under 15 minutes drive to the city, ecu mt Lawley & Scarborough beach.
Wembley is situated close to the city and also the beach. The house is quiet and has a great vibe to it . People love staying here and always stay long term. There are numerous bus stops that take you directly in to the city, UWA, Fremantle and the beach. There is a park opposite the house, a gym, shops and coffee places in walking distance. Herdsman lake is at the end of the street which is great for exercising! Wembley is a very friendly suburb of Perth. The room you will be renting is fully furnished and very spacious with a large desk, chest of drawers, built in robe and timber flooring. Linen can be supplied if necessary. You will be sharing the bathroom with two others.
Nice big house between the Wembley golf course and Herdsman lake, 15min from the city and 5 from the beach. With the 2 indoor lounge areas, the big kitchen, and the garden with ponds and a pool you'll have all the space you could need. The room is furnished with a queen bed, desks, and a BIR. The bathroom will be shared with one other person. Ducted AC in the house, netflix included. There is a bus stop 100m away from the house that goes straight into the city (line 83). Floreat forum (coles, woolies, gym, bws,... ) is a couple of min away as is Cambridge street with it's 24h IGA, pub, cafés,... There are bikes that you can use as much as you want, perfect if you like to go to the beach. We look for someone from mid twenties to mid thirties, preferably for a girl to balance the house but a guy isn't excluded, hopefully someone with whom we could be friend with.
Close to some great little cafes in Wembley we're a couple of minutes walk from lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. We'd love to live with a full time working professional or someone who works and studies. Let us know if you're keen!

The Room I have available is unfurnished but it comes with built in Robe and a rack on top to put your personal belonging safe in the wardrobe. I have plenty of storage in my Garage area. The room is pretty reasonable to fit in an single or double bed mattress plus a study table if it need be. Location wise is brilliant as it is within a couple of minutes walk to Glendalough Stn and it is within couple of kilometre to the freeway both North and South and it is very close to shopping centre, beach, parks and universities. The property is only two years old as it is newly established unit. I am am looking for somebody who is clean, presentable, tidy and had capability in paying the rent and bills on time.

We have a cosy room available in a relaxed house in Wembley, furnished with a double bed, side table and built in robe and ducted air-con in each room. There is also a shared office, and big outdoor undercover area which is perfect for entertaining in the summer. The house is in a great location with Subi train station and Wembley IGA both within walking distance. The bus stop is on the next street with frequent busses to the CBD and city beach. There is a second parking bay if you have a car however it maybe more convenient to park on the street (plenty of spaces and permit available) as the bays are behind each other. Electricity and gas bills would be additional to rent and split 3 ways, internet and water bills are included.
