We're looking for someone to share this large and homely house with! .The house is close to some great little cafes in Wembley and we're only a couple of minutes walk from Lake Monger and a few more minutes to Leederville. It's a large house which allows us to all live somewhat independently and have our own space. Having said that, there's an awesome outdoor area for BBQ's and the kitchen works well for dinner parties (not that we're having raging parties all of the time). There's plenty of parking and it's close to public transport. Bedroom up for grabs comes with some furniture if you need it and it's quite a large room. How large you ask... well... the last housemate had a king size bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a piano and still had room for more. Awesome unit with all amenities included. The bedroom that is for rent has wicked french doors that open up to a chill outdoor space featuring a hammock for all your down time. Spare parking to the back of the unit or alternatively there is plenty of street parking as the unit runs straight through so access from 2 streets. Close to public transport that can get you where you need to go with just one bus. (Usually) The back door area is full enclosed so if you have an indoor kitty and he or she gets along with other kitties, this could be your place. I do not have wifi. (You are welcome to set up your own) Water and gas are included but will ask for a little for the electricty bill which comes every 3 months.
Although it looks small from the outside, the flat is quite spacious. We have both an air-conditioner/heater so you will always feel comfortable during the year! There's a small washing line outside and the gate is always locked. The $200 a week rent is for both rooms as shown in the pictures. A great way to spread everything out!!! Bills will be divided between the both of us. You're a 10 minute walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre and Event Cinemas. There's good restaurants and cafes right around the area. It's a short walk to the 422 bus stop that can take you to either Karrinyup Shopping Centre or Stirling Station. Walk a little bit further and you can catch the 990 bus that can take you to either Glendalough Station or straight to Perth City. Neighbours are friendly and quiet.
