There is a great atmosphere and lovely home type feeling. The home is a 3 Bedroom Fully Furnished Elevated Home/Sharehouse. The Bedroom has a Queen size bed and bedside tables as well as being Air Conditioned and fanned with large BIR's. With open plan living area and a large Kitchen with a great outside elevated entertainment verandah to view the lovely tropical surrounds and the tropical storms, thunder and Lightening. Its an Awesome Place! Underneath the house is concrete storage bunker, and Laundry and plenty of area for a party with tables and chairs. It also has an under-cover Clothesline, great for when their is storms and rain and also a good size Plunge Pool/Spa to cool off each afternoon after work. This has a Saltwater Chlorinator and large sand filter so is easily maintained; as well as the Landlord provides an area maintenance man which is also our Property Manager. Peter is a very lovely man and manager. Sandhli moves out on 5th Nov as her Nursing contract at Darwin Hospital has ended as well as her Student Course is finished at Charles Darwin Uni. Well we are two professionals who are reasonably young (Liam is 26 and Hayden is 35... I think). We live overlooking the Tipperary Waters Marina. We are really welcoming and accepting of all human beings! 😊 We have an inbuilt cold spa, a deck that sits over the water and an upstairs living room (mostly unfurnished). We are clean occupants who promote an active lifestyle and are involved with the one of the local football clubs in Darwin. The room on offer shares a bathroom with Hayden, however there is a down stairs bathroom should you want your own little bathroom space. There are some awesome places to eat nearby and there is a chill pub down the road. Looking to get NBN in the house early January (just haven't had the time to get around to it!). We haven't inquired about pets with the landlord as of yet, but we are more than happy to have a dog (providing it is house trained and little enough to fit in).
