I am offering up the master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite in this gorgeous 1920's stone cottage. Situated on a quiet street next to a tram line that takes you straight into the city, it is in an amazing location. Despite the location of the tram line, very little noise is heard due to the high stone wall surrounding the front garden. The house will have some furnishings, but I am hoping to find someone who is happy to add their own furnishing stamp to the house. I will have all utilities connected to the house, which will be split equally between tenants. There is only a single carport on the property, so parking will be on the street (application for a parking permit will need to be made). Bond is actually 6 weeks rent or $1,500. I am looking for a housemate who is also a professional and is employed full-time. Smoking is not permitted on the property. As I have a pet, I am open to people who also have pets.
