If you are a backpacker or fruit picker we are very close to McLaren Vale, grapes etc. There is a HUGE garden if you like to sit outside or want to grow things, or just hang out outdoors. The house is painted great colours and is kept VERY CLEAN and minimal, without crap and clutter everywhere. We have Netflix and some very chunky couches. We only use the TV for Netflix it's not a TV TV ( if you know what I mean). If you like TV it will have to be in your room as the house is a pretty peaceful space and bla bla bla TV is not the background sound. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need if you like cooking. There is lots of off street and some undercover parking available. The room is furnished as you can see in the pic but that can be negotiated/ removed. We are all interesting and nice people but not often all here at once!

The recently renovated kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher is located upstairs along with dining room and lounge room which has a large plasma TV, CD player, music system, air conditioning and gas heating also there are ceiling fans in both areas. The main garage contains gym equipment for those who are keen.
