Hello My appartment is fully furnished and newly renovated. It is a 5min walk to the Harbour Bridge and Milsons Point train station. The postcode is North Sydney but its really in Kirribilli. Short or long term stay will be fine. The room availiable has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. I also have sheets and towels if required. If a couple would like to apply we will need to negoitate a diferent price as the price I have advertised it divided in the middle. I can also supply two single beds if two people are traveling. I do not smoke but if you do you can out side. The appartment is in a lovely position and feels like its in the suburbs but very close to the city. It is also quiet.
Our beloved housemate is leaving us so we are looking for someone to join our fabulous Kirribilli sunshine pad! We are located in a truly awesome spot. Amazing harbour views are within a 5 minute walk, as are cafes, bars, restaurants and Kirribilli markets! Other than being 100m from Mal and Lucy (our besties in Kirribilli House), we're also a 5 minute walk to the Harbour Bridge, 100m to ferry wharf (5 mins to circular quay) and 8 mins walk to Milson's Point train station. The apartment has a huge open living room which gets loads of sunlight in the morning, a spacious kitchen and 3 bedrooms (big, medium - yours - and small). We've got 1.5 bathrooms which is handy when we're all getting ready in the morning, plus a little garden on the ground floor which is shared with our neighbours. The room up for rent is medium sized, gets plenty of morning sunshine with east-facing windows and has big built ins with top to bottom mirrors. Our departing flatty has happily spent 4 years in there with only good reviews!
Hey there... Over living in a shoebox? We have a huge room for rent in an awesome 3 bedroom house in North Sydney. Seriously wait til you see it. $290 P/W plus bills. Bond is 4 weeks rent. The room itself is large and comes unfurnished. It is available on 07 April. This house would suit someone who is ideally working in North Sydney (but not necessary) as you could walk to work, not to mention the money you would save on travel (I personally save about $40 p/w on travel) The house is fully furnished with all modern appliances and furniture (apart from your bedroom). Highlights of the house are the huge sunroom at the back, the huge 2 level backyard, great views, second outdoor dunny and wine cellar. It is about 7mins walk to North Sydney CDB and train station and about 10mins walk to North Sydney Ferry Station. 25 min walk to Sydney CBD. Only 5mins walk to the water. Oh and I have Netflix, Hulu Plus and super fast NBN internet! There is a parking permit up for grabs which you just have to buy from the council. Think it is slightly a little more than $50 per year. As for me, I'm in my early 30's and work full-time in North Sydney. During the week I'm pretty busy with work/gym/dog and then on the weekend I like to do all the general stuff people like to do. Scuba Diving if I get a chance. I have been told I'm pretty clean for a guy, have been living in share houses since my early 20's so I know the drill, I'm very laid back and I also enjoy having a beer every now and again with my housemate just so we aren't strangers. I have always lived in the inner west so am still kind of adjusting. I also have a super friendly 8 year old staffy who will probably want to be your best friend. I'm a huge animal lover, especially Craig's dog and the possum that comes to visit here every now and again. I'm usually out and about exploring Sydney and socialising. This is a lovely home if you work in the city or North Sydney, with a short 5 min walk to Milson's Point station and 3 min walk to Kirribilli Ferry Wharf. One stop to the city or North Sydney. Fantastic for sitting on the balcony after work and having a glass of wine while watching the sun set over the city, or the ferries going to Circular Quay any time of day. This is better than TV! Our light filled apartment is situated right in the heart of Neutral Bay. We are 2 mins walk from the ferry and 15 min Walk from Milsons point train station. We have a big balcony and the apartment is fully furnished - including the bedroom we are wanting to fill.
The pics are real, the views are amazing from both the living room and the main bedroom. The place has been recently painted and is very well looked after. It has a bright, sunny feel. Everything works well. Most of the furniture, including beds and TV, is new. There is a trundle bed in the second bedroom, so two can sleep here potentially. There is a dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen: also a washing machine. Wifi is part of the deal. Did I mention the view? It'll knock your socks off. It's very close to the ferry, not much further to the train station. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. It's a lovely part of town. This is a very quiet building, so it's not a party place. Ideal for reasonably quiet people - well, just not really loud people. But fun is allowed, of course... even encouraged. Feel free to ask questions.
It's hard to get past the view from the shared front lawn. Right across from the Opera House and only accessible for the residents. New Years Eve is always very special. Your bedroom also has a window right to the Opera house. Internet and all bills included. Oh, and did I mention I am a wine importer? :) The building is art deco and the inside I hope is both charming and modern in it's furniture. Dining room for entertaining and a sofa that frankly you will feel at home on. I am a tidy person so if you are worried about a clean shared bathroom and kitchen you needn't be. You have 90% your own fridge so you can store/cook without any stress at all. With my previous flatmate we paid for a cleaner to come twice a month to wash/iron/change bedsheets, clean rooms/common areas and fold/iron any clothing. I’d like to continue to do this if you are also willing which is $50 per visit each. Flat is 5 minutes walk from Kirribilli ferry so if you work in the city it's so easy to get to and from work.
