Shared bathroom, large living areas, front deck, big back yard. I do have two dogs that are super friendly, they stay out side most of the time but sleep on their own Beds in side of a night. Smokers welcome, house is furnished, but welcome to bring what you like. Closest train station is Holsworthy, there is a bus line that goes directly there that is 2mins or its a 15 min walk. The rent includes, Unlimited Internet, Netflix to the living room, Stan, electricity and water. Nice quiet suburban area :) I work 6-7 days a week and travel quite frequently so am barley there.
