We live in a separate area of the house. You don't see or hear us and vice-versa, as the rented area is enclosed off from the main house. Fairly central (15min drive to the city). Close to Queanbeyan township. Plenty of parking. I have a BBQ, and main living areas have reverse cycle air conditioning. Parking also available just outside the house and I have 2 rooms available. This means initially the bathroom won’t be shared, until I chose to get a second person in. Public Transport Acton Buses no 23 and 24 public transport is across the road which takes you to Woden Bus Interchange. Acton Bus 300 series along Athlon Drive ( a 12 min walk away) run every 5 to 8 minutes to Woden Bus Interchange, City and Belconnen Bus Interchange. Woden and Belconnen are satellite cities which means there’s no need to go into the city for shopping and the like. Bus time to Woden is <10min and about 25 min to Civic. Belconnen will take you 1 hour on the bus.
