My home is in Montville, is large with 4 bedrooms 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms on one and a quarter acres with lovely gardens in a very quiet area. Air conditioning in the living area. Your bedroom has a queens size bed and lots of storage. I Have a vege garden, chickens and one dog. I moved here from Sydney and love the beautiful country, the fresh air, gardens, the people and the quite life. You must love dogs as I sometimes mind dogs when families go on holidays etc. I would ask for a trial period of a few weeks to make sure we both feel comfortable and get along. You would be reponsible for all your meals.
Hi I'm Julian and I own a large modern home in Palmwoods. I am renting out a large clean room that comes with it's own private bathroom and toilet (I have an en suite so I don't use them). I also have two large outdoor entertainment areas that you are welcome to use. Palmwoods is a beautiful spot and is about 15 mins to the coast and about 7 mins from the Hinterland and 10 mins from Nambour.

The yard has room for gardening should you feel so inclined and has a fire pit thats nice for the occasional bonfire. Sorry, no undercover parking available but plenty of open air space.
