The unit is immaculate, very modern in a nearly new building. There is a dishwasher, clothes dryer and a split type airconditioning in the living area. I have almost all furnitures I needed including lounge, fridge, washing machine and kitchen stuff. However, you need to fill up your own bedroom. It has a very spacious balcony and also has a study area which is empty so you can put your office desk, book shelves etc. The building is situated next to Woolworths plus there are security gates around the building. However, as you will be taking the main bedroom with ensuite I'll get the basement parking spot to be fair.

Will update these asap ~ --------- The living areas of this house are very open and spacious. The loungeroom in particular has plenty of space to kick back and stretch in, and create a comfortable spot. There is a 65" TV on the wall which I'm going to setup Netflix on, and a large couch. There is also a corner study desk setup in the loungeroom for setting up a laptop or PC. The kitchen has electric and gas stoves, an oven, a fridge, and a dishwasher (this may be asked to be taken by the person I bought it with, at which point it will be replaced ASAP). Internet access is a 100/50 NBN connection unlimited over wifi, and is included in the rent unless you want to organise a different arrangement. There is an air conditioner in the kitchen although it is really only good in winter for warming the hallway up a little, but will probably be more helpful in summer. There is a large pool out the back which will be great in the summer, with a covered seating area that is very nice to sit in on sunny days even in winter. Unfortunately, it's not heated so unless you really like very cold water it is just nice to look at for now. Please keep in mind the pool pump does cost a considerable amount of electricity and this is reflected in an electricity bill about 30% higher than most places I've lived without one. Utility bills are split but we may be able to negotiate this a little if you are not going to be here in summer to actually use the pool. Public transport is accessible but you will likely need to catch the bus to the train station as it is a 20 minute walk otherwise, which I walk occasionally and don't mind but various busses run often throughout the day around the corner from the house. It is also a short walk to a large fruit/vegetable market which sells everything you might need except meat (although I'm not home during the day when it's open so I just drive other places).
