Other housemates are clean and considerate and are often away with work for extended periods. This apartment has a large balcony and outdoor lounge setting, also comes with BBQ and stunning harbour views. Broadband wireless internet, Foxtel and Netflix are all included in the rent. Landlord has also installed new blinds throughout the apartment. Electricity is divided by four people every 3 months (around $100 each), that is the ONLY bill.
