Our three bedroom duplex has a large room available (upstairs to yourself). The room is attic-style with a lot of space and an amazing view of the water. You can easily fit a queen or king bed in there, as its the biggest room in the house. It comes with a queen bedframe and mattress. Our home is an adorable Victorian style federation home in Drummoyne, with plenty of on-street parking and 5 min. walk to Victoria Rd, with frequent buses to the city (25 min. direct bus). Or there is also the Drummoyne ferry about a 10 min. walk away. Unlimited wifi and other utilities (water, gas, electricity) which are not included in rent.
