You will love my unit with its water views from every window, inground swimming pool and great neighbours. I bought it in 2011 but have only visited Sydney casually as I still have a business and home in Adelaide. I have my own bedroom and ensuite which I have locked and you will have full use of the main bathroom and the whole unit to yourself. My current flatmate has been wonderful but he’s just left to work interstate. Everything you need is in the unit, it's fully equipped and with plenty of linen. You only need your suitcase of clothes. I'm happy if you are a single person or a couple. Your double bedroom has a built in robe and two windows with lots of light and lovely views. There are two balconies one is very large with a small border garden. There is an office you can also use. The kitchen has everything you need including a small dishwasher, refrigerator plus the washing machine and clothes drier is in the kitchen. we are close to public transport, which is only 15 minute bus ride to the city. we are located near plenty of shops (IGA and Harris farm) and other retail shops and pubs. The house is definitely big enough to accomodate everyone with a backyard separate dinning room and tv room. we are looking to fill 1 room.
