The house is in Goodwood, in the middle between King William Rd and Goodwood Rd at about the level of burger republic/goodwood cellars.Needless to say its an awesome spot for the shops, as well as the tram into the city and the bike path which goes all the way to Glenelg for evening swims and beach beers come summer time. There is also a nice park 2 blocks away and we're close enough to the hills if riding a bike is your thing. The bedrooms are big, the garden is even bigger and the kitchen is medium sized. The room for rent is the master bedroom. It has a massive built-in wardrobe, and can come either furnished with bed base and two bedside tables, or unfurnished. It's a perfect size for a couple. There is a big garden shed where you can store your stuff as well. We should mention that the bedroom is $200 for a couple, or $180 for a single person. We also have a budding veggie garden, as well as fully established orange, lemon, fig and peach trees, so if you know anything about growing veggies that would be awesome!!

It's small and cozy place to stay but the room your are gonna stay is big enough to accomodate 2 people. Here are only 2 rooms and no TV in the living room, and so it will keep quiet which is best for uni students or full-time workers. It's located really convenient place where is one of the best location in Adelaide. - 1min walking distance to bus stop (Unley bus stop 7). It takes only 15min to get to the city by bus. - 13min walk to Coles and Woolworth/ Aldi - 1min walk to many restaurants such as Domino's, Mexican food, Italian food, Beskin Robbins, Subway.. etc. - 5 min walk to a liquor shop - 15min to the Flinders university by car. The best thing about this place is that it has really good security service so no one can enter if they don't know security number, and you can use the parking space. I will give you a gate key if you have a car.

Can be suitable for either a couple or single person. you will be sharing a bathroom with another housemate. The house is fully equipped with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning area, large laundry, lounge room and small backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and a dishwasher. The laundry has a top loader and a dryer, and there is a tv both in the dining area and lounge room. A cleaner comes once every fortnight and a gardner ones every week.
Beautiful house superbly located on a very nice and quite area. Only 1 block away from Unley road, Cross road and shops. Micham and Unley Shopping centers are only 10 blocks away in opposite directions. The house is in perfect maintenance state with everything working. It has central air conditioning / heater, a nice front yard and a porche. It also has a separate laundry room with washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy with all you need to be comfortable. The house has unlimited internet ($69 p/month) which along with bills (electricity, gas) are split. There is also a porche for bikes.
Hi, we have a room available in our Unley sharehouse. Great location, nice area, just across road from parklands and walking distance to Unley central. There are two cats and two chickens here (chickens outside lol) so you must love animals :) There is a big backyard with veggie gardens so it would be nice to have someone who enjoys gardening. I live in Westbourne Park (near Goodlife gym on the corner or Cross and Goodwood Rd). I live in a small unit in a great location and I'm looking for someone to rent my second bedroom. It's a small place so I'm looking around for someone I can get along with and someone who doesn’t mind living in a smaller place. With the right person I’m sure that we’ll get along great! :) I have a washing machine, fridge, tv etc that would be free to use, as well as anything of mine really. The room has full length built-in wardrobes/storage space with a full length mirror. I am a less than 5 minute walk to the bus stop which the g10 and the g40 stops at and goes directly to Flinders University, where I am studying and it goes the other way into the city. There is a communal pool in the unit block and off street allocated parking. The pictures are of when the place was empty, all but the room I want to rent out is furnished.
