Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available from the second week of May. The current lease expires in July 2018, but can be extended for another 6 months. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room (and would therefore pay slightly more) with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is actually $330(two weeks rent). The rent is $165 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. The internet bill is $43 per month per person. Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. We have available one single bed fully furnished cosy sized room, can be inspected at anytime, we generally rent our rooms to female international students and employees. Services bills, Wi-fi, some consumables, and bedding blankets etc (if required) are included in the rent. The house is in Millswood, next to Goodwood, close to Goodwood Rd, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping, entertainments, and restaurants). The house has nice gardens front and back for sitting. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the privacy and security of the other house mates. No lease, no bond. Bills (water, gas, electricity, internet) are additional to the rent and are $35 per person/per week. Internet is an unlimited high speed satellite wireless broadband. This room comes with its own private patio and its the only room in the house to have one. Perfect place to have a great cup of tea/coffee in the morning, or a morning smoke for the smokers. The landlord is amazing and is always available to help around with the house. The property is just 2.2 kms away from Rundle mall which makes it a superb location. The tram is 800 metres away - Stop 1 Greenville Road. South Terrace Tram stop is just 1 km away. The bus stop is 235 metres from the house and there is a bus going into the city every 15 minutes.
