Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. There's an abundance of walking tracks, with monthly markets, a cute little grocery store with attached post office as well as a town wide golf course. The neighbours are fantastic and as a whole, Eynesbury is a self sufficient, friendly and welcoming community.
