Hi we have a room available in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house on 1 and a quater acres in new beith. We are about 15 mins from springfield lakes and browns plains. The house is located on acerage with side access a 2 door shed, 2 ponds and an in ground salt water pool. The house has aircondtioning in 1 of the 2 living areas and a shared bathroom with 2 other flat mates. We have solar power and water to keep the bills down as well as tank water with back up trickle fed town water. There is a large outdoor area perfect for BBQ's and a pergola in front of the pool complete with 2 sun loungers. There is foxtel and unlimited Internet available and all utilities are shared equally between all housemates. The room comes furnished with a ×2 kingsingle ensembles however it does not have a ceiling fan so you would be required to supply a fan if you wanted one. We are somewhat flexible with furnishing but the house is currently fully furnished and has 2 fridges with a back up chest freezer, 2 living rooms and fully furnished kitchen and a dryer and 10 kg washing machine. All cleaning is shared equally among housemates. We are ideally looking for someone single or couples employed full time or is capable of paying rent when it is actually due and doing their share of the cleaning as well as being able to respect everyone else in the household. There's a bus stop a few hundred metres down the road - the bus goes right past our house! The house is on 2.5 acres, pet friendly (as long as they're desexed and vaccinated) with room for one horse. I have a 4yo paint mare. There's also a veggie garden! The room has a built in wardrobe. There's a fridge and a walk in pantry, new kitchen with gas stove. The house is set back off the road and very private. Plenty of room for vehicles. Not a party house, sometimes I'll have a handful of friends over but we're pretty tame.

So this is a small house but it has lots to love about it. A nice kitchen, a laundry, you can use both. Most things in the house you can use :) I have a beautiful golden retriever who is 10 years old so he is playful but not so playful he will knock you over ;) There is a decent size backyard with a clothesline and undercover area that you are welcome to use as long as we share it. If you like growing your own food or plants that is also fine with me as there is a lot of room for that. There is public transport available but to be honest it is not great, so this place would be best for someone with a car.
