Hi there, I'm looking for a female flatmate to share with a 41 year old who works full time. I'm quiet and friendly, and I'm looking for the same in my new flatmate. Someone who is as considerate as I am. The main room is avaliable which has a built in robe, and you will also have your own lounge room area which is unfurnished. Shared bathroom, ducted heating and floorboards throughout. I have two indoor cats that I love to pieces, so I would need a flatmate that understands how living with cats works. I wouldn't expect you to have to look after them at all, just respect that they can't go outside. The street is very quiet, and it's approximately a 8 minute walk to the station and shops. The house is on a large block, with a private backyard and a small out door decking. I'm no green thumb, so I would expect my new flatmate to help out with the cost of a gardener to mow the lawns. There is also a 3rd room in the house which can be used as your lounge room / living area / chill out room if you wish. You will also be sharing with one friendly indoor cat so you must be an animal lover and diligent of keeping doors closed. (Female house mates preferred, thank you). My home is cosy yet comfortable, it has an enormous backyard, a large entertaining area which is great for BBQs and get togethers, there is a small amount of storage in the shed outside if needed. The house has 1 bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet, a laundry with washing machine, a kitchen including fridge, microwave and all utensils. The house also has heating / cooling. The available room will be unfurnished so you would need to bring your own furniture. Rent DOES NOT include bills. Bills will be halved between myself and house mate (electricity / gas / water). There is currently no internet / Netflix, etc but you're welcome to organise it for yourself I would prefer 2 weeks rent up front when you move in - 4 weeks rent is due before the 15th of each month so rent in advance is a must. **Please note: The room will only be available until July or thereabouts as the landlord is redeveloping on the block (though he's now told me that he is having trouble with the council permits being approved). I am looking at moving into another 2+ bedroom unit / house when this does eventually happen so I would happily take my housemate with me if suitable.
