The location is great- the home backs onto a parkland and there are shops, cafes, gyms etc only a short walk or drive away. Croydon and Mooroolbark stations are ~ 6 min drive away, Eastland ~13 minutes away, bus stop right nearby. Set price includes all utilities and internet.
