Walking distance to shops, doctors and bus stops. Numerous parks surrounding and happy to bring you along on adventures when i explore bush walks and waterfalls. Jetts gym within walking distance. My dog is very lovable and super friendly with other dogs. He is a mostly outside dog, but does sometimes get let in if it's cold and sleeps inside confined to my room. The 2 rooms available they would both fit a queensize bed and other furniture for storage. If you want furnished one has a queen size bed as shown in the pictures. This room has 2 bedsides and a tall boy to use, unfortunatly no wardrobe though i am happy to work something out to use the shed. The second room has a single bed and wardrobe to use. Also a pullout futon that can be used. I am also in the process of setting up a "she cave" in the shed as a bit of a chill out zone. I personally dont use internet myself i can organise to get this when someone moves in. You are able to use the drive through garage door to store your car.

Three bedroom brand new furnished townhouse, 2min walk to Brooklands shopping centre, good bus route, easy maintenance home. Room is a good size with mirror wardrobe, currently the bedroom is unfurnished. Bills are included in the rent. I currently don’t have foxtel but am more than happy to get it connected but as it’s just me here at the moment I haven’t looked into it. The house is a 10 minute walk from The Vale shopping centre as well as bus stops that will take you to Carousel shopping centre and Thornlie Station. The house is also a 10 minute walk from popular restaurants such as Chicken Treat, Wok in a Box, Nandos, Chimmek, and Johnny's burgers. The house has a spacious backyard, ducted vacuuming, air-conditioning etc. The house does come with one cat named Stella who is very friendly, albeit very lazy. For this reason we will not be considering applicants that must bring pets such as other cats and dogs as we cannot be sure how they will interact with Stella.
