The location is awesome, 10minute walk to Shenton park train station, bus stop out front the house to either Fremantle or stirling, 10minutes walk to Kings Park, shops 7 minutes walk away. The room is massive with high ceilings. There is free standing wardrobes in the room if you would like to use them. The living area is spacious and inviting, and always tidy. The kitchen is oddly shaped but has everything you need. We have chickens so there’s always fresh eggs, and a cat Ziggy who you’ll rarely see. There is even a Harry Potter room under the stairs.

This is predominantly a student house and living here is very laid back and welcoming. Its a good size share house for students and we have a decent size backyard with a perfect outdoor area. The house comes with the essentials of course; Aircon, Internet, Foxtel, with washing and drying machines available. Although these amenities are not included in the weekly rent We are not a party house but we love to have friends over to socialise. Not many house rules or terms of conditions, except in term of cleaning you must take initiative around the house and clean up after yourself. so that being said, looking forward to hearing from you :)

The location is great for a UWA student or staff member, it's close to bus stops and the Broadway shopping centre, walking distance to QEII hospital, with the river and park-lands just down the street. The room comes with a double bed (with linen), bedside table, chair and desk, and has a built in wardrobe plus other storage if needed. The rent includes all bills and lots of fast Internet :) The apartment is more suited for someone bringing suitcases, not furniture.
