Previous occupants were a couple who lived here for 98 weeks, just 4 weeks short of 2 years - so it must be a comfortable and convenient place to live. Residents walk to the Aldi supermarket and the large shopping complex that is Tea Tree Plaza (TTP). One of them studied in Adelaide all this time, and it took about 19 minutes to get to Adelaide along the O-Bahn using the Express - no stops until Grenfell Street in Adelaide. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk to the bus-stop. The room has wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, more than most people would ever need. There is a queen Sealey Posturopedic bed, large bookcase, ergonomic desk, desk lamp, bedside lamp, 2 bedside tables, 2 ergonomic chairs, waste basket, and a tallboy.
