First of all, it is located in central to the city, beach and airport and easy to get to the southern expressway. Also it is very close to shops, nice cafes and pubs. Secondly, the house itself, it is a Victorian house, has spacy a front and back yard, which are lovely for baking in the sun. The room that is available for has got a wall robe only, but you can bring your own furniture and decorate your space as yours. In the kitchen we have a dinner table, a fridge and freezer, a microwave, and other basic cooking tools as well as loads of mugs. In the laundry area, there is a washing machine and a portable wall robe where you can put your washing power and stuff. We also have a little shed at the back yard where you can store your stuff in. Most of all, air-conditioning and heater work perfectly. Finally, Rent will be $117 with a huge built in robe followed by quarterly electricity, gas and water bills. We also have internet connection, which is $17.50 per month for unlimited data plan. We get our lawn mowed every month, which is $7.50 each. We have a house inspection every 3 months.
