The room is unfurnished, has built in robes , air conditioning and looks out onto a balcony with city views. The rest of the house is furnished so all you need is a bed really. Walking distance into the west end of the city and easy access to bus and train. The person who moves in will share a bathroom with one other housemate. This is newly renovated property and all furniture is brand new. Bus stop is just infront of the property as stop 2 which will only take 5-10mins to the city and there are two different route so you don'tneed to worry so much about the transportation in case you don't have a car.
