Location is fantastic, where uber's to the city cost about $7 and also within walking distance to Villi's 24 hour bakery for all your late night cravings. Multiple bus stops nearby, as well as park, chemist, bottle shop, coles, etc etc. The house itself house a decent sized back yard equipped with BBQ, air conditioning, garage, whilst the room itself comes with a wee chest of drawers. There is an en-suite bathroom in one of the taken rooms so the current one, including a bath, will have to be shared between two but I'm hardly ever in there.

Ten minutes from CBD, close to public transport (buses) Close to shopping centre. Large room with shelving and aircon. I would prefer to live with someone studying and working or working full time. I have a super friendly dog so I would prefer someone who likes animals and dogs not someone who's tolerable with them as I'd like to know he's going to be safe while I'm at work. Cleaning shared spaces regularly is a must. (Vacuuming/mopping floors/cleaning bathroom) I don't want to live with someone who just thinks maintaining their own space in a shared home is acceptable. But besides that I'm pretty relaxed on things. Internet is available for $30 a month it's unlimited and all other bills are split equally aswell.
