We have wifi, Netflix, Stan, etc. Very close to a bus stop which takes you to West lakes or the city within 15-20 minutes. Quiet street and a few steps away is a basketball court, playground and oval. 5 minutes down the road is a Coles and also a Foodland that stays open until 10pm every night which is very convenient.
