This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas are also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk). Now, the great things that often hinder my productivity: - We have a lovely built in BBQ in the backyard - We have an outdoor Spa! The price of the rooms includes the internet.

I’ve got a couple rooms available in the house I’m staying at, been here for Almost 2 years. It’s a 3 bedroom 2 living room, 2 bathroom house which I currently share with my 2 year old golden retriever Rex. (I have my own own suite so the other bathroom will be shared between the other 2 housemates) The house is fully furnished (I have beds too if needed) with a Webberque in the alfresco, 2 big TVs both with Netflix and Spotify, a 8 seater heated outdoor spa, both bedrooms have built in robes, solar panels on the roof, reverse cycle aircon, and instant gas hot water. If you’d like you Could literally bring your clothes and move in. House is on a dead end crecent with only around 13 houses on it so you’ll get no drive by traffic apart from the people who live on the street. Close the the brickworks and public transport, 10 min into the city and 15 to be beach. I’m doing improvements to the house, should have the outdoor area done for the summer and the wood heater is keeping the house warm through the winter. There will be new carpets going into the bedrooms soon.
