Beach front on best surf break on Phillip Island. Huge King sized rooms with major storage and TV point in room. Very peaceful and secluded. Wonderful neighbours. Animal lovers, with fenced acres for dogs, ect, though outside only due to colour of carpet in bedrooms. X3 huge living areas, though my cats 2 affectionate cats do come in and sleep on my bed, puppy King Charles Cavalier is a bit too smelly and active inside ;), so enjoys playing with my fenced in Boer Goats (all pets with names). Home is huge, designed with bedrooms at one end of house, and living at other end to maximize breathtaking views. Very quiet to retreat to room, or socialize happily with me in one of the living areas. Smart TVs have Netflix, and unlimited wifi through house. Lovely, fresh tank water, that does not compare to any bottled water, and Pyramid Rock walking track out front of property with breathtaking, clifftop ocean views.

Air conditioning and heating available with a small courtyard that gets the lovely afternoon sun. Bathroom has a shower and bath with seperate toilet. Bills are seperate to rent and unlimited internet is available for $30/month. As this is a small unit I would ask that we have a cleaner once a week which is an extra $20 per week added onto the rent. Solid brick house that's nice and cool in the summer. Established gardens that are slowly becoming veggie patches. Plush carpets in living areas, tiles elswhere. Walking distance to Cranbourne Royal Botanic Gardens, and Cranbourne Centre. Train station is 45-60min walk away, but it's all flat. Room for rent has built in robes, and is east facing, so gets a lot of morning sun. Mid to large size dogs are ok, but no cats. Open to discussion on other pets. We do communal meals/food. The only restriction on this is NO BEEF OR VEAL - this is for religious reasons. Other food animals are fine, and we do like to eat a lot of kangaroo. We also do shared chores/housework, and recycle and compost as much as possible.
