We have the Bus stop 50 meters down the street and it is 5 mins drive to Toronto or 10 mins to Glendale or Warner's Bay. Fassifern Station is only 3 minutes drive away. There is a second toilet outside in the laundry and the house is breezy in summer and cozy in winter, BBQ area out the back yard. I have some veggie gardens happening year round and Lake Macquarie is a short walk down the hill where you get some awesome views of sunsets. There is a bunk bed available if you need it but bring your own furniture by all means.

I live alone in a 4 bedroom house and am looking for a house mate. Close to shops and cafes in Toronto and only 30 mins from Newcastle. 5 mins to Avondale College at Toronto, 5 minutes from the M1 that runs between Sydney and Newcastle, and only 25 mins to Newcastle University. The price includes water, internet, gas and electricity. I have a pet dog so my new house mate will need to come without pets. He is an outside dog that is friendly and loves new people. There is a regular sized bedroom with a built in on offer that will fit a queen sized bed and a Tv unit or other small bedroom furniture. Can come fully furnished with queen size bed and bedside table if required. The rest of the house is fully furnished. You will have your own toilet and vanity, but the house only has a single shower. I live clean and tidy and would like to keep it that way. As long as you pick up after yourself and keep common areas tidy I'll be happy to do most of the cleaning. I am currently looking for an awesome new housemate. The house is a lovely airconditioned 3 bedroom, 2 loungeroom brick and tile home with large outdoor entertaining area in Minmi. It is fully furnished except for the room available for rent which can come either unfurnished or partially furnished. You would basically have primary use of the main bathroom and toilet as I have an ensuite. The only time the main bathroom would have to be shared is if there are guests at the house. I am 30 years old and work full time as a primary school teacher. I could be described as friendly, easy going, clean/tidy and social but also like my own space. I love movies, card games, board games and cooking. I am always respectful of my house mates and their personal space. I have two beautiful and loving outdoor (only) puppers that everyone adores, unfortunately for that reason we can only consider people with selfcontained pets (birds, fish, etc) Rent is $200/week inclusive of water, electricity and NBN broadband. We also have Netflix, Stan and Foxtel in the main loungeroom. Lawn maintenance is an extra $20/fortnight but if you own a lawn mower we could always save money and share that chore instead 🙂

Our home is situated in a quite street in Elermore Vale. It is a wide road and offers plenty of on street parking. The neighbors are lovely. Looking for a friendly housemate who we can have a chat with but is considerate of others space. Also respectful of others and their property, is neat and tidy, and doesn't smoke. We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. There is ducted air-con/heating throughout and in the kitchen we have a gas stove/dishwasher and all the essentials (coffee pod machine is life). The bathroom is shared but only with one other housemate. Outside there is a table setting, small pool, and an outdoor pizza oven. It is open and airy, surrounded by houses but they do not obstruct the view. Yards are looked after. The room that is available has a built in wardrobe and timber floors. It is unfurnished (ignore the furniture in the photo) and is approx. 3.8*2.9. However we are willing to furnish it if we find someone suited to our household. Rent includes bills but if we have an unexpectedly high electricity bill etc then we all pitch in a bit extra. Unlimited internet. Approx. 10min to the uni/freeway (M1) and 20ish mins to Newcastle CBD/beaches and major shopping centres (Kotara/Charlestown/Greenhills). There is a Medical centre/Pub/Gym/Coles etc close by.
