The house is in Millswood, next to Goodwood, close to Goodwood Rd, 15-20 minutes by bus or train to the CBD, and close to the G10 and G40 bus routes that go to the "front door" of Flinders Uni, and close to the tram that goes to Glenelg (Adelaide's most popular beach and beach side shopping, entertainments, and restaurants). The house has a spa and sauna (for house mates only) and nice gardens front and back for sitting. House mates buy and cook their own food and do their own laundry and cleaning, a washing machine and vacuum cleaner are provided. If your move date is a little before the room available date then we can provide comfortable temporary accommodation at a reduced rate. Definitely no pets and no smoking, and we can't allow visitors to stay over night out of consideration for the privacy and security of the other house mates. No lease, no bond. Two great outdoor areas for beers and BBQs. The location: 10 minutes drive to the city, the hills or the beach. You can't beat the location!
