Excellent price, excellent location!! The property is fully furnished. It is a few minutes walk from City West station, and is on the green cat, yellow cat and close to buses (including to UWA). It overlooks a park and has a big spacious living area, including a balcony, with lots of natural light. You would share a bathroom with one other flatmate who is clean and respectful. The room is fully furnished with a single bed, desk and bookshelf but the owner is happy to store some of this furniture if you would like to put a double bed in the room. The room has built in robes. We will have a Stan subscription that you can access through the TV for free. The rent of the room is subject to owner approval of the tenant.
The apartment is only 2 minutes walk to the west side of St Georges Terrace so very convenient location if you are working in the city. It is also 2 minute walk to Kings Park and 10 minutes walk to West Perth business district. City Cats and all other bus stops are very close. It takes max 10 minutes to go to UWA by a bus if you are a student. There are only 6 units in the apartment and also an outdoor swimming pool. There are 3 bedroom. One bedroom is for study with plenty of cupboards and shelves. You can use this room alone if you are currently studying. The bedroom has a big cupboard with plenty of space for clothes/shoes etc. and only a bedside table. You can bring your own bed or I can arrange it for you. You will have a separate bathroom and toilet next to your room. The laundry has a tub, washing machine and drier. The living room and kitchen are very spacious with a view of city high rise buildings. There are 2 parking slots allocated; one is underneath the apartment and secure/locked while the other is in front of the building at the entrance. You can park any of them. Myself and a friend of mine are looking at renting a house around Jolimont. We are both Registered Nurses working around Subiaco and Nedlands. We are looking to move by the end of August as my current lease ends on the 28th. Emma and I are very friendly and easy to get along with.
