As I am working at UWA I was looking for a cosy, big house close to uni to be able to cycle there. This place is perfect to me. I need 10 minutes to uni, 20 to the beach and 15 to the city centre (buses and the train are very close as well). My way down to uni goes through Kings Park, it cannot be nicer :) And there is the beautiful Shenton Park around the corner. The supermarket is 5 minutes walking distance away, other markets 10 minutes by bike. The house was a typical family house with all the common facilities. There is everything you need for your laundry, the kitchen has a dish washer, a TV is in the first living room. A library is in the room next to it with another adjacent area with even more couches and spare mattresses. We are four people and there are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower. The room is great, big enough to fit some stuff and equipped. The wireless connection is perfect!
