Has to pay rent on time every time and look after the room. Bond and two weeks rent is needed when moving in and then rent needs to be paid weekly.

It is located on a quiet street and is close to train station, Western Sydney University, and Nepean hospital. Room includes queen size bed, study table, chair and built in wardrobe. There is ample parking available on street. Lounge area contains a Lounge suite and TV. The kitchen is equipped with Fridge, Stove, Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery and Toaster. Laundry includes a washing machine and dryer. A professional non-smoker will be given preference. 2 Weeks rent as bond and 1 Weeks rent advance will be required. Rent will include internet and water bill. Electricity will be shared on a per head basis.
