Huge house in beautiful acreage estate. Privacy is no problem with 3 lounges, all with Foxtel boxes. Air con in lounges, dining room and kitchen. Relax on home theatre lounge as you watch Foxtel sports/ movies etc..(full package on all 3 boxes!!) or try and beat me at pool. There's a terrific BBQ waiting outside on the huge undercover entertainment area. Plenty of room to park. Grow veggies if you want or have chickens, heaps of room here. About me, I'm a mature adult - very easy to get along with. I like to have a laugh and keen to please. As the estate is at the southern border of Logan it has easy access to Logan, Scenic Rim and the Gold Coast Hinterland. The house itself has a decent sized backyard and comes with a dishwasher, air conditioning, back patio and beautiful views of mountains in the backyard. House comes with foxtel access and 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage and is on the opticomm network so high speed Internet. The kitchenette/living room/ laundry is converted from a very large tandem garage (38sqm). There is 2 x 2m storage racking. One of them is mine, which is mostly building material left behind by the builders and is covered by curtains so doesn't look too ugly. The other rack is for the housemate to use. Currently, changing the format and putting in proper kitchen cabinetry. The bedroom is unfurnished (a king size can be provided on request), but couch, dining table, kettle, toaster, washing machine and fridge/freezer is provided.
