Walking distance to shops trains and buses also walk to the new university when built...if you happen to be interested in both rooms the rent would be 290. per week. Willing to negotiate for couples. there aren't really many bills I will pay the first 200. 00 for electricity as there is solar so if you don't shower for hours at a time and turn off things when not being used it shouldn't be too much. There are two cats in residence who think they are the boss but they don't have to live in the house with you if you don't wish. There are only two bedrooms in the house so you wouldn't be sharing with too many people.
