Carrington is wonderful place to live and my house is a cosy cottage. I am 5 minutes from the river where there are plenty of water activities and beautiful walking tracks. I'm 10-15 minutes from Honeysuckle. Happy to share with 1 other who is a respectful and considerate housemate. I have a very quiet and private life and would prefer someone who is the same. The available room has a small 'sunroom' so this may be a study nook or room for a small tv area?

I have a spare bedroom in my Mayfield apartment and are looking for a lovely, friendly and relaxed roommate to move in! The apartment is located on the ground floor, its super secure, safe and surprisingly quiet. The building is a converted warehouse/factory so the apartment has amazing double hight ceilings and open plan layout, it has everything you need and is really well done. I was pretty blown away when I found it! The spare bedroom is a good size, its currently empty but would fit a double or queen fine. The room also has a great build in wardrobe with lots of storage and a ceiling fan too. It also benefits from being located at the back of the property so the window does look out to the courtyard. The apartments location is great there are cafes, train station and shopping centre all within walking distance and I've found you can get everywhere else (town, beach, westfield and airport) in around a 10-15 minute drive. I've been here for about a month and are loving it the space has a great vibe :)
