Backs onto winding creek so no houses to the back, just trees and birds (and Eastern Water Dragons) and so close to the shops at Charlestown Square. Great place to sit on the deck or play with the neighbors dog. She is gorgeous and always comes to say hello and does not understand the difference between old clothes and good clothes so what I am saying is pick your moments. I do the mowing, gardening and house maintenance and a whole lot more. Just looking for people that understand that I am busy and I need to sleep at night so I am alert to help others early morning. That doesn't mean we cant have fun. It just means that we need to communicate our expectations.
