PLEASE NOTE: The lease runs out in Mid June 2019, and I will be planning to stay in Cronulla to rent another place if you would like to continue living with me. The dining/living area is air conditioned. Fortunate enough to have a large L-shaped balcony, great for entertaining. Did I mention I have a sick coffee machine and own a Lovesac?! The Unit has a one car secure underground garage. Happy to give the garage up. (However additional to the rent price). The apartment has two toilets. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower.
