The room is shown on floor plan - it's the 3.5 x 2.7m one and is shown in the pics (the one with the bed - not included, it's my current flatmate's!); as mentioned, the flat is a 3 min walk to Mortdale train station (30 min ride to the city) and close to heaps of shops, takeaway and restaurants; there is an enclosed sunroom which can be used as a study/reading room (and for drying clothes indoors); there is a big, light and airy living room; it's relatively cool in summer; it's only one flight of stairs up; it's close to parks and bushland; there is a big bathroom and internal laundry; I already have a fridge, microwave, washing machine, couches, dining room table, tv, coffee tables, etc.; the landlord's agents are always helpful whenever there's repairs, etc.; and, if I say so myself, I'm a pretty good flatmate (clean, neat, respectful, friendly, etc.) The only downsides that I can think of are: we have dodgy kitchen drawers that will need replacing/repairing soon; the trains can be a bit loud (though I got used to them pretty quickly when I first moved in) and our doorbell doesn't work at the moment (but have asked Strata to fix). Other than that, it's a lovely place to live.
