This property is a good share house with two guys over 40 who are very clean living, they keep to themselves and only one uses the kitchen. The house is near Victoria Point Shops, Redland Bay Golf course, pub and village, and buses at door to the Brisbane city, Redland bay ferries and Loganhyperdome. Great area in Victoria Point, super quiet street. We are 10 minutes walk from the shops, 10 minute drive to Cleveland, head in the other direction, easy 20 minutes to M1. We have Netflix, this is included in your rent, as is Internet access. Wifi is through Foxtel Hub. NBN coming in next year I believe. I also have Foxtel TV, this is negotiable if you want access to it.
