Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. Each floor also has its own beautiful shared lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges. Both lounges include a wood fire and formal dining room. This home is only a kilometre away from the main part of Sunbury but it's easy to get out onto the Calder Highway without ridiculous waiting times. The room available is large enough for a king size bed, heaps of storage room or entertainment area if you so wish and further away from the other rooms of the house, toilet etc. It has a air conditioner / heater on the wall but there is also ducted heating throughout the house.
