We are situated in a quiet pocket of Langwarrin with a bus stop near by. The room is fully furnished, with single bed, large wardrobe and space for a desk. Your loungeroom opens on to the north facing deck, leading out to a grassed backyard, spa and trampoline. A large and sunny kitchen/dining room is the hub of the house with breakfast bar, gas stove and dishwasher. A second fridge helps keep track of groceries. We have off street parking behind gates. We have a strictly non-smoking house and grounds.
The House: A modern four bedroom fully furnished house which has an open plan living area as well as a separate entertainment room and two separate dining areas. The house has evaporative cooling, has ceiling fans in the rooms, is fully fenced, has a double garage and off street parking. There is a choice of three rooms with built in wardrobes and you will have your own en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. I love my cooking and it's far easier to cook for two people, so if you like good food, we can come to some arrangement about meals. It won't be beans on toast by the way!!!! I clean the whole house once a week from top to bottom and I'm pretty particular. I have a cat that is clean and well behaved but I spoil him rotten and I don't want anyone that doesn't like cats and that I can't trust to be alone with my him please. Me: I'm a professional working in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the surrounding areas. I travel a lot interstate and overseas with work. I'm very active and like to keep busy but I also enjoy a good movie on the couch on a Sunday afternoon. I'm extremely easy going and very sociable. I enjoy my sports which include my jet ski, wakeboard and motorbike. If you like doing this, it would be handy to have a co-driver of the ski. You: I'm looking for a responsible, honest, clean person to share the place with. I would prefer long term, and a non smoker without children or pets. I would also prefer someone that is reasonably social and enjoys good food and wine as I do a lot of cooking courses, so most of my time is spent in the kitchen cooking Chinese, Japanese and Italian. The house comes with standard mod cons: dishwasher and air con, (virtually) unlimited NBN network access and - random bonus inclusion of a walk-in light up pantry!! Beautiful outdoor verandah for lounging over summertime in... the house and the room is fully furnished with a double bed , tall boy and built in included, but I am willing to be flexible about this if you have stuff you want to bring along. I also use the other bedroom as a home office/study space which you would also be welcome to make use of. In terms of location, it is less than a km away from Karingal Hub and easy to access public transport, uni etc. I also get a guy in to take care of the garden, so I don't expect any lawn-mowing from you!
