this property is 5 minutes away from Monash University (peninsula), close to public transport, train station and bus station. Karin gal shopping centre is literally 200m away and seconds away from Balam Park. You will be sharing with 2 uni students, one studying physio and the other science, both at Monash. We have solar panels so bills are normally quite cheap and split between us 3 and we have chickens so free eggs as well! Internet is available (its really fast) but it is also extra onto of rent! Beautiful outdoor verandah for lounging over summertime in... the house and the room is fully furnished with a double bed , tall boy and built in included, but I am willing to be flexible about this if you have stuff you want to bring along. I also use the other bedroom as a home office/study space which you would also be welcome to make use of. In terms of location, it is less than a km away from Karingal Hub and easy to access public transport, uni etc. I also get a guy in to take care of the garden, so I don't expect any lawn-mowing from you!
