Walking distance to shops, post office and 24hr gym. The room is 3.0m by 3.5m. The room can comfortably fit a double bed, bed side tables and a dresser/bookshelf The house is furnished (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils, TV and couches), with some furniture to be replaced gradually as previous housemate move their things in April. There is air conditioning and ducted heating, unlimited internet and netflix. The house has a single garage which currently has stuff in it but will be cleared in April, there is also additional room to park at the front of the unit. The outdoor area out the back is private and not open to the street and a perfect spot for afternoon drinks in the sun.
