House is fully furnished but am flexible when it comes to the bedroom. Don't mind somebody making their mark on it as well to make it their home. I'm the kind of person who likes abit of colourful bunting and pictures on the wall. In saying that... maybe not graffiti. :) Definitely welcome to make your own garden and bring a pet or two but just a warning... am probably going to get a puppy/dog myself. I have Apple TV so I'll probably get Stan, Netflix or Foxtel when I move.

There is ducted airconditioning which can be used on hot summer nights. Parking is off street and next to the unit, which you can utilise.
