Beautiful property on 1890Sqm block with plenty of off street parking. Bed 1 (image with bed), Bed 2 (image with piano) are available for rental. These bedrooms are both exceptionally large and both have stunning views towards the river and mountain. The house is located 6 minutes from the CBD of Hobart on the Eastern shore and 12 minutes from the Hobart Airport. Supermarkets, cinemas etc are literally 5 mins drive away. It would be preferable if you owned a car as there is a bit of a hill to climb from the bus stop, which might not be good in the middle of winter if it is raining!! The house also has a main living room and sun-room all have beautiful views across the Derwent River and Mt. Wellington. The house will be partially furnished, but you will be required to provide your own bed and bedding, bedside tables and any other specific furniture required. (Wardrobe space is available in both bedrooms). I am looking for two housemates to share the house with. I am older male with family elsewhere, but young at heart, active and work as a professional. The house has one bathroom, but with three people maximum, it will be easy to share. We're looking for a short-term housemate for our vacant room in Sandy Bay. Our lease is ending soon, so the room is only available until the 9th February. The room is unfurnished, but we have a spare double bed if requested. The room is a little small but the house is spacious -- there are two bathrooms, a nice kitchen and plenty of outdoor space. The house itself is situated in Sandy Bay, just past UTas which is five minutes walk away, there is a bus stop right outside and off-street parking. A bush track right outside provides a scenic route down to the main road, or there is a 20 minute loop track up the hill if you want some scenery. Power and internet are included in rent.
The house is well insulated making it easy to keep warm or cool. Heating is available if necessary. There are loads of well-lit spaces to hang inside and out, a fully stocked kitchen, adequate hot water for showers. A huge bedroom at the front of the house with nice garden views.

This little Flat is locate 1 min walk away from Coles and Woolworths, 3 min from water and 5 min from the university. Mcdonalds is also located right next door to Coles. There is a bus stop jut 2 mins walk away from here which can take you to the cbd. Busses come every 15min or less. We have a Tv, Playstation and Unlimited Internet which is inc in rent. We are close to Asian and seafood restaurants, and we have a stainless steel kitchen if you cook for yourselves, and the supermarket to buy food is 150 metres away. All cutlery and cookware are provided. We pride ourselves on having a very quiet accommodation to sleep and rest and we have 24 hour security, with plenty of staff who live on site, and we welcome students to stay here or travellers staying for months at a time.
The property is in a leafy, quiet cul-de- sac in a lovely area of Mt Nelson. Great for walking, bushwalking, running, cycling etc. Very quiet street with quality, modern family homes. On a direct bus route to Tas Uni, CBD and Sandy Bay shops. The room gets all the afternoon sun with a view of Mt Wellington. Built in wardrobe. Room comfortably takes a double bed. Large living area gets morning sun. You will also have sole use of your own carport. Area is very safe. Local supermarket has everything and is about a 7 min walk or 1 min by car. Inspections are only available from 24 February (as I'm currently still interstate). No pets, sorry.
Our house is located on Regent St in the centre of Sandy Bay. It is close walking distance to the supermarket (5 mins), the uni (10 mins) and the city (15 mins). There is also bus stop right on our doorstep. The house has gas hot water, gas cooking, dishwasher, NBN, washing machine, there is off street parking (1 space) and ample on street parking. The house is spacious and all communal areas are furnished. There is a small outdoor area. We have two rooms available. One room is spacious, easily able to fit a queen bed, desk and wardrobe. The other room is smaller but would still fit a double bed and desk and has some built in storage. Both rooms have heaters and vertical blinds. The difference in rent reflects the size of the rooms.
