Hi there, My partner Jenna and I have recently bought and are looking to rent out the two bedroom flat on the first level of our house. We are situated right on the beach and have direct access outside our front yard. We have two amazing dogs (German shepherds), Albi and Harley who are terrific guard dogs, however are the most loyal, friendly, loving dogs you will meet. We’re happy to share our outside area and ask that you keep in mind that the property will be a working environment With basic maintenance :) These will not interrupt your living arrangements :), however ask that you keep it in mind if I’m out mowing the lawn or attempting to knock down a wall :) We are very respectful towards those who live with us and will ensure transparency when anything comes up. We are very open, welcoming and happy people who love a laugh and good food, music and time with those around us. We’re hoping to find people who enjoy their own space but don’t mind an invite to join in on a bbq every now and then if you like. Buses run along the street and it is a 6minute walk to local grocery shops, coffee/bakery stops and eatery’s with doctors, pharmacies, bottle shops and restaurants a short 2 minute drive away. Driving into the CBD takes APPROX 18-22minutes and the airport is 18minutes away. If there is just 1 renter looking to apply we’d ask for $300 per week, however if there is 2 renters we’d ask $200 each per week . The house is big and fully furnished and located at quiet place. You can see the beautiful view of Mt. Wellington and Derwent river. The beach is in walking distance. Bus stop is in walking distance and 6 mins drive to Eastland shopping Centre and 15 mins drive to the city. One bedroom had builtin and other do not have. Peaceful. Great views. Almost waterfront property in a unique location and is itself quite nice! A 1-minute walk to the beach... I sometimes take my morning cup of coffee down there. Stylishly furnished. Bike and walking tracks metres away. A 6-minute walk to public transport. A 14-minute (non-peak times) and 8 km drive from the CBD. House layout allows for privacy, allowing alternative spaces to work or relax. The room for rent has a lot of built-in storage... wardrobe, desk space, drawers etc. and is furnished.
This is a great place to live- its a 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, 2 lounge rooms with 2 TVs- it's an easy five minute walk to Bellerive Beach, and Bellerive Quay which boasts shops and eateries. Close to bus route for town and Uni, leaving every 10-30 mins. The Clarence Pool is a 30 minute walk from the house. There's a BBQ and bikes -with the Bellerive bike track following the beach line.
My lovely home is situated in a quiet and picturesque area. I'm very close to the beach and enjoy ocean views. It's only a three minute drive from the local supermarket and a ten minute drive from Sorell. I have a dog and a cat therefore I am unable to accommodate any more pets.
