We have great views and fantastic bush walking trails, are close to Historical Wisemans Ferry and Windsor, Riverside Oaks Golf Resort, Peats Ridge Horse Riding and Outdoor Activity Center. You’ll love your stay at our place because of the ambiance, outdoor spaces, neighbourhood, and our own tennis court. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. We are just a short 45 min drive to the CBD, or the Central Coast. A gorgeous and relaxing property with fantastic views and chilled atmosphere. Friendly animals including a miniature horse, sheep and dogs to pet and play with should you so desire. Guests can access the whole house. We have 3 sitting rooms, 2 with televisions, 1 with an open fireplace and all with gorgeous views of the bush and flowing into the National Park. A stunning balconey with furniture to relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Feel free to use any amenities. We just ask that each room is left as tidy as when you arrive. We are usually on hand during the evenings and on weekends to interact with guests or to show them the best places to go for historical tours of the Hawkesbury Area or bushwalks around the Hills and into the lovely National Parks. For those that prefer privacy, there is plenty of space to enjoy the solitude.
Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. Hi the place is a brand new granny flat. I was the first person to move in, 6 months ago, so it is still all shiny and new. I am not present Monday to Thursday and often away at weekends, so you will largely have the place to yourself. The room is currently being used as an office, but will easily fit a double bed. It gets the morning sunlight and has two long windows. I do have two mini groodles (included in the pics) which are just the sweetest wee dogs. The house is 2km from Woy Woy town centre and 2km from beautiful Umina Beach. I will be moving out in November, so you would either be welcome to stay until then or take over the lease.
