You will have your own unfurnished bedroom with a built in robe as well as your own bathroom. We have all appliances and furniture. This is the very first time property will be leased. (So, very fresh!) We expect our housemate to be tidy and respectful of the place. We are extremely tidy, responsible and clean as we go people. No pets. Preferably with a full time job! Bond and advanced first month (calendar month!) required as you will be on the lease. $150 per week. $600 bond.

Hi. 1 Bedroom available on the 29th of January. All costs (water, electricity, gas, WIFI) are included in the weekly rental cost. We also have a cleaner go through and everybody contributes $5. The house is close (5 minute walk) to the Laverton Station, the freeway, medical centre, cafes and shops. The rooms have new beds and mattresses and we also supply bedding. Each room is private and lockable. You can also bring your own stuff. There is street and off street parking. A minimum stay of 2 months is expected with 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks security deposit required. There is plenty of space inside and outside the house. Air conditioning and ducted heating and it is clean and well maintained. There is also a storage shed if you need to store some of your items. No gender preference nor references required. Only myself living here, it is a small cosy unit. Room has a large wardrobe with plenty of space. Have the option of living in the retreat room which is seperate to the house- it sits above the garage, access through the door from the garage which can be locked for security and stairway up to the retreat room. only thing is that there is no heating or cooling up there and bedroom are unfurnished.One bathroom two toilets must be tidy. In the house there will be international students from university (usually in there 20's) My wife and I live near by and manage this property separately. We are both working professionals and visit the property every day as we provide food for our students We can also provide dinner on permanent or occasional bases if required as we already do this for our students.

Our bathroom is very beautiful and well designed as if you are staying at a Shangri-La hotel suite. The location is close to the train station about 10 mins walk, 10 mins walk to shopping centre, 5 mins drive to Altona beach and parks, about 12 mins drive to the city. It is in a safe area and have good neighbors to take care of each others. It is good for anyone who want to be close to city where it is nice and quiet at night time.
