Hi All costs (water, electricity, gas, WIFI and Optus Cable Entertainment) are included in the weekly rental cost. The house close to the Laverton Station, the freeway, medical centre, cafes and shops. The house is freshly painted, has new beds and mattresses and we also supply bedding. Each room is private and lockable. We have one room for $175 and a very large room with a large robes for $210 (assuming one person per room). There is street and off street parking. A minimum stay of 2 months is expected with 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks security deposit required. I am currently working in the common areas and am happy to show people around. The house is in a great location, very clean and has nice gardens.

It is very close to Central Square Shopping Centre, with easy access to the freeway and it is only a 5 minute drive to the beach *insert shocked face* which I walk along every day.
